At Cody James, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your boots, apparel, or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in 'like-new' condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days of receipt.
