Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Boots must be returned in their original box and show no signs of wear on the soles.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. For our western boots, we generally recommend ordering your true athletic shoe size, but please refer to specific product notes for items that may run large or small.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Cody James ships exclusively to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our global shipping options in the near future.
